We tell the story of our agriculture. The story of everything between the soil and your plate. The story of one of the most significant inventions of humankind.

We are a museum for the whole family. We tell stories in a way that children will also understand.

We offer a unique perspective on agriculture and everything related to it.

Besides the functionalist building in Prague’s Letná area, you will also find the National Museum of Agriculture in Čáslav, at the Kačina Castle, the Ohrada Hunting Lodge, in Ostrava, in Valtice and in Znojmo.

Museum of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Čáslav

One of the largest and most significant collections of historical agricultural technology in Europe in exhibition grounds covering 3,000 m². Tractors, combine harvesters, ox-drawn ploughs, stationary engines and more. > more

Czech Countryside Museum – Kačina Castle

Exhibitions: Agricultural Facilities of the Palace, How the Palace Was Built, The Chotek Family and Their Nové Dvory Estate. The museum is located on the grounds of an Empire style palace with a magnificent garden. > more

Museum of Forestry, Hunting and Fishing – Ohrada Castle

Exhibitions: Sallač’s Collection of Antlers, Falconry, and Fishing – Freshwater Aquarium. One of the oldest hunting museums in the world located in a distinctive baroque hunting manor house. > more

Museum of Viticulture, Horticulture and Landscaping – Valtice

Exhibitions: The Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape, Historical Wine Presses and Tools, and Historical Development of Fruit Growing, Vegetable Growing and Viticulture. In 2018, we are beginning reconstruction of the museum, but the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape exhibition will remain open.  > more

Beer Brewing Exposition – Znojmo 

An adventure exhibition about beer brewing located directly in a brewery. Children are guided through the Beer Yeast exhibition. The brewhouse’s original technological equipment dates back to 1930.  > more
